Lou Lesko: “Your time, your value, your money: Ditching bad business habits for good ones.”

September 10th, 2014 Comments off

graphic1

Habits are a funny thing. They come easily, and they come for free. They also come in two distinct styles; good and bad.

As multi-talented, multi-hat wearing entrepreneurs, we photographers are unique in that we don’t get a lot of feedback about our business habits. What we think is good, may in fact be bad for us, but how can we tell? And more importantly, how do you reframe, and retool your day-to-day habits so that they expand your business and move you forward.

Bio: Lou Lesko is a writer who started as a photographer in the fashion industry back when Depeche Mode was on the radio every day. He’s received numerous distinctions, including a Lowell Thomas award for his travel journalism photos. His first book on Advertising Photography paved the way for a three year stint as the editor of the National Geographic Assignment Blog. It also helped him develop an idea for Blinkbid, which is excellent bidding software for photographers. Currently he lives in California being Californian. Whatever that means.
