STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY BY MICHAEL STEWART
There are many different kinds of shoots that take place at Studio 76. Michael has been working in photography studios since he was 18 and knows the tools and techniques well. From tabletop product shoots, to food shoots, to clothing catalogs, to portraits; Studio 76 is equipped to handle your needs. Studio photography is used for all types of adverting and marketing purposes, both print and web. Studio 76 now has full video capabilities as well as high resolution still photography. Many photographers don’t have studios to work in, but at Stewart Photographic we have room to accommodate for most shoots. We also have access to larger studios in the Northern Virginia and DC area.
At Stewart Photographic we understand the importance of good photography and good service. Our team is skilled and disciplined in lighting techniques and post production . Our gallery of studio images features some of the more difficult products we’ve photographed and more interesting people we’ve had in our studio over the last 25 years.
ABOUT MICHAEL STEWART
Michael is an experienced studio photographer working out of Northern Virginia, but he caters to the Washington DC and Maryland areas as well. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Michael knows how to make good images in the studio. Studio 76 is located in Herndon, VA about 40 minutes outside of DC. Technical skill and a sharp artistic eye are the bases for our studio’s success. Working as a team allows us to operate like a well-oiled machine, making for a quick and painless studio sessions with fantastic results. When he isn’t shooting assignments, Michael works as the technical editor of various photography books, such as “Universal Photographic Digital Imaging Guidelines” and “Digital Asset Management”. He also develops new and innovative photography techniques to better further the world’s understanding of the craft. Michael’s industrious nature and pioneering spirit has allowed him to achieve a place at the vanguard of professional photography.
